The park boasts a unique landscape of pines, firs and other conifers, as well as blooming shrubs and vibrant flower beds, which complements the towering trees in harmony, creating an aesthetically pleasing sight.
The Saujana Hijau Park is divided into three zones, namely the European Garden, Oriental Garden and English Garden. Located on the highest hill, the European Garden offers a scenic view of Putrajaya. It is decorated with a small pavilion that adopts a European style, accompanied by an open lawn. The whole setting is designed to replicate a European themed garden.
The Oriental Garden has a Chinese style pavilion, wooden benches, and surrounded by tropical trees, which create an oriental atmosphere. The shelters in this Garden are equipped with a lightning protection system..
The English Garden is adorned by a small English gazebo and surrounded by colourful flower beds. The garden completes the layout of the park and further reinforces its European high-country atmosphere.
Visitors can jog or cycle around the park on a well-maintained wide walkway that spans across three hills and slopes. It is excellent for those who want to have either a short stroll or a challenging run. Besides that, the park is also perfect for picnics. Indeed, it offers visitors a remarkable experience with nature and the feeling of peace and serenity.
The Saujana Hijau Park is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm daily and is easily accessible for visitors of all ages. No admission fee is required and food vendors are available near the entrance.
